No gimmicks, no fuss – hassle free returns and exchanges

At Motoary, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from Motoary, we will exchange the item or provide a refund in accordance with the following criteria:

  • Item must have been purchased from Motoary within the last 30 days.
  • Item must be returned in new unworn condition,free from scratches/dents/damage, and must include manufacturer tags and all original packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning the item.
  • If buyer received a product that was damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unserviceable, Motoary will provide buyer a return shipping label.
  • Items deemed defective or sent in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. All other returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Motoary will assume responsibility for shipping costs for replacement items.

Please note that manufacturers provide/maintain their own warranty policies. Motoary does not provide any direct warranty on any product sold. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.

Due to their nature, Motoary cannot accept returns on certain tools, electrical items, chemicals, or batteries. Please contact Motoary directly for issues with these items.
